RAF SIMONS SS2004 “MAY THE CIRCLE BE UNBROKEN” RELIGIOUS HOODIE

Presented in July 2003, at Parc Floral de Paris, “May the Circle be Unbroken” was based around spiritualism and religion.

Unlike his previous collections, Raf incorporated a very tranquil and spiritualistic approach to this collection, models adorned loosely fitted T-shirts, hoodies and slacks in a garden of eden-like setting.

The hoodie features an illustration from Herman Hesse’s “Siddartha” a novel that deals with the spiritual journey of self-discovery. Similarly, This collection was Raf’s projection of his own quest for self-knowledge and self-actualization.
